Privacy policy
1. Controller and scope
This policy describes personal data processing on https://teplogarant.site/ by sole proprietor Sergey Yuryevich Busygin, Tax ID 667322540590, Registration no. 318665800159515, Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region, Russia.
Contact: serg.busigin2011@yandex.ru, +7 909 004-26-66.
The policy covers enquiries, necessary site technologies and separately authorised analytics. The Russian and English sites share an administration system and enquiry database. The English public site is separate from https://teplogarant.su/.
2. Purposes and information
Enquiries are processed to consider engineering design, review and support requests, respond, prepare a preliminary assessment and discuss cooperation. Required information is a name and either a phone number or email address. Company and project description are optional. The site records receipt time, originating site, consent fact, version and text, email delivery information and retention expiry.
Do not submit passport, health, bank or other people’s information without an appropriate basis. Special categories and biometric information are not requested. Form consent does not authorise advertising mailings.
Necessary cookies protect the form and maintain sessions. If separately enabled and accepted, Yandex Metrica processes technical visit information to analyse attendance and improve the site. The English site has analytics disabled by default.
3. Grounds and operations
Enquiry data are processed on the basis of the visitor’s separate consent. Necessary technologies support site operation and security. Analytics requires a separate affirmative choice; visiting, scrolling and submitting an enquiry are not analytics consent.
Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transmission for email delivery, restriction, erasure and destruction, using automated and manual means. Contractual or statutory processing, where applicable, has a separate lawful basis.
4. Storage, access and recipients
Enquiries are saved in the site database on the hosting server. The Controller and authorised persons have access as required to handle enquiries. Email notifications are sent using Mail.ru and received using Yandex Mail. Providers process message content and technical data needed to transmit, deliver and store messages under their terms.
When analytics is enabled and accepted, Yandex processes technical information, identifiers, visit sources, viewed pages and interactions, including click maps and session replay. Form input values are excluded from recording and analytics event parameters. See the Cookies page for details and links to Yandex’s policies.
The site does not publish enquiry data, sell them or authorise unrestricted distribution. Appropriate access restrictions, secure connections, form protection and other organisational and technical measures protect the data. The Controller manages provider access, email copies, backups and any exports separately.
5. Retention and deletion
Enquiry data are processed until the purpose is fulfilled, but no more than 30 days from receipt of the enquiry, or until consent is withdrawn, whichever occurs first. When the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, destruction takes place within no more than 30 days unless another lawful basis applies.
The current configured database retention period is 30 days. Expired enquiries are automatically removed at cleanup service startup and then hourly. After an interruption, removal resumes when the service is restored. Increasing the setting does not extend existing retention; reducing it applies at the next cleanup. Previously stored consent snapshots remain unchanged.
Automatic removal covers the active enquiry database. Email messages, exports, logs and backups require separate retention and removal by the Controller. Earlier removal following fulfilment of the purpose or withdrawal is handled separately.
6. Your rights and contact
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent by emailing serg.busigin2011@yandex.ru. Include enough information to locate your enquiry, such as your name, the contact you used and approximate date. Additional verification may be requested to protect your data. Rights and requests are handled under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and applicable requirements. You may use the applicable complaint procedure with the competent authority or court.
7. Cookies and updates
Essential cookies and optional analytics are described at https://teplogarant.site/cookies/. Personal data consent for the form is published separately at https://teplogarant.site/privacy/.
The current policy is published at https://teplogarant.site/privacy-policy/. Changes in purposes, data, recipients or processing procedures require an updated policy. A policy update does not replace new consent where it is required.
