How support is organised
Scheduled site visits, recorded observations, photographic reports and technical meetings. Visit frequency and inspection stages are agreed in advance so the client understands the scope and deliverables.
Substation installation oversight
The developer or client should establish which substation and heating installation stages need engineering input. Inspection scope, reporting and authority are recorded in the brief and contract. Formal construction control responsibilities are agreed for the particular project.
Changes on site
Equipment substitutions and departures from documentation require technical assessment. Where necessary, proposed changes are discussed with the project team and incorporated into agreed solutions before the next stage.
Before work begins
We discuss the address and type of building, installation progress, available documentation and contractors. Contractual duties and the limits of the engineer’s role are clarified separately for construction control and client-side technical support.
